Debian 10.0 (buster)

There's a new Debian to upgrade to as of beginning of July, and, having reached a lull in various festivities, this will be happening sometime in the next day or two.  Ideally, the installation scripts will  just do their thing and there'll just be a few minutes of downtime to get the new kernel running, but I've been surprised before,
