upgrades impending. expect bounciness

So Debian trixie (13) just dropped. I've decided to upgrade to bookworm (12).

This may be the start of an Era of Turbulence, seeing as the next item on the agenda will the 1.9.0 server when that's ready (not quite, yet, but Real Soon Now...).
